Private Lessons with Deborah Greenblatt

Deborah Greenblatt is a classically trained, professional musician who is equally at home performing on violin or viola in a symphony orchestra as she is fiddling up a storm playing tunes from a multitude of cultures and periods. Debby has been teaching privately for over 45 years and offers 60 minute lessons for $30 or 30 minute lessons for $20 via Zoom. For in-person sessions in the Old Avoca Schoolhouse she offers 60 minute lessons for $40 or 30 minute lessons for $30. In addition to classical violin, viola, and fiddle she also teaches recorders (soprano, alto, tenor, bass, and sopranino), acoustic guitar, mandolin, beginning banjo, baritone uke, hammered dulcimer, and nyckelharpa. Debby believes that one is never too young or too old to start an instrument as long as there is a desire to play.
