Welcome to the Klezmer Fiddle Tunes for Two Soprano Recorders! This collection features 32 traditional tunes, arranged for two soprano recorders, with chord symbols for guitar accompaniment. This book has the same tunes in the same keys as the Klezmer Fiddle Tunes for Two series which includes books for violins, violas, cellos, basses, mandolins, soprano recorders, and alto recorders. For instance a soprano recorder player and a violist could play together if each had the appropriate book.
The handy program notes will help you decide whether each tune is good for dancing, or for particular events in a Jewish wedding, etc.

The Klezmer Fiddle Tunes for Two CD features Deborah Greenblatt performing all of the tunes in Klezmer Fiddle Tunes for Two series books on 5-string viola. The melody part comes out of one stereo speaker and the harmony part comes out of the other speaker. By adjusting your stereo’s balance or pan control you can isolate either part so you can play the other part along with it.
This CD may be used with any of the books for any of the instruments in the Klezmer Fiddle Tunes for Two series.
