2010 SCHOOLHOUSE FIDDLE CAMPS
in the Old Avoca Schoolhouse, 504 Garfield St., Avoca, Nebraska
with Deborah Greenblatt, the first woman to win the Nebraska State Fiddle Championship

  Camp 1:  Monday, June 14 - Friday, June 18, 2010, 9 AM - 1 PM
 For folks who consider themselves beginners.

Camp 2:  Monday, July 12 - Friday, July 16, 2010, 9 AM - 1 PM
 For folks who consider themselves intermediate or advanced.
Limited enrollment.  Pre-registration required.   $200.00 fee per camp due on the first day of camp.
The course of study during the Schoolhouse Fiddle Camp will be designed specifically for the campers, whoever you turn out to be.

Fiddlers will be encouraged to play by ear, improvise, sight read, accompany other fiddlers, construct harmony parts, sing, dance, and perform for each other.
